Never have i been so excited about a short film sponsored by Vodka. In my book Spike Jonze is a demi-god of sorts. And a robot love story is just what the world needs at this point. Thank you Spike. Thank you Vodka.
Just discovered ARTAKSINIYA. Love love love her detailed, beautiful and unique illustrations. A perfect marriage of art, fashion and imagination.

If I had this tea in my pantry it would effectively transform my pantry into a wardrobe where all my food items would be clothes... I would be more than ok with this (tea bag t-shirt, pasta pantaloons, chino chips, you get the gist).
The design for this is crazily perfect and it's actually quite practical too. Bravo. Where do I get me some of these, please?

1. Mac n' Cheese Pancake from Shopsins, NY
2. Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad) with Sticky Rice from a street cart in Bangkok
3. Taho (amazing filipino soybean custard with a sweet syrup and sago) from Manila
4. Short Macchiato from Proud Mary's, Melbourne
5. Lavender Macaroon from Adriano Zumbo, Sydney
Alas, I am not near any of these places. The Adelaide Central Markets shall have to suffice. I've already spent hours there sampling cheeses, fruits & edible delights. Who know what i'll find today. What in the world do you feel like eating?
Let's get some things straight. I love paste up art. I adore meandering the laneways and alleys of Melbourne discovering tiny works of art plastered on a wall next to a garbage heap. Seriously.
I also love dachshund puppies. They are just so out of proportion. Their little legs struggle to keep up with the rest of them and for some reason this gives me great joy. Weird.
Here I am thinking that never the twain shall meet and then I discover this little ghostpatrol sketch (ghostpatrol being one of my favourite local paste up artists).

NB. It appears that this dachshund is an actual hot dog. That makes me love it all the more.
I bought Lina Scheynius's first book (now sold out) in late 2008 and immediately fell in love with her enigmatic, dreamy, sensual images. I've been a fan ever since. Here are some of images from her polaroid100project.
i've recently been appointed 'bridesmade' to a dear friend who is tying the knot in July. So we're are tirelessly pouring ourselves over all wedding related paraphernalia. Here are some adorable findings:
A 20's inspired wedding (photographed by Josh Goleman) and their amazing telegram wedding invitations (created by Greenwich Letterpress).
