Dearest Reader,

I am about to go into a period of silence, don't be alarmed- I'm going to a place where the internet is scarce and mobile phones are frowned upon. I will be waking up at 5:30am each morning and lots of meditation and yoga will ensue. Wish me luck and see you in a week.
