i've been madly baking and wrapping the little packages below, which contain my new favourite thing: Danish Butter Cookies. They are simple but delicious. They seem lighter than shortbread (but in actuality are laden with tons of butter). Nothing spreads Christmas cheer more than calico, twine and copious amounts of sugar. Let the festivities begin!
